Before You Ship:

• Full name
• Order number
• Return address
• Reason for return/exchange

Failure to contact us in advance may delay or void your refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in original condition.
• Items not returned in original condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Pre-Order Items:

Exchanges on pre-order items can only be made after the item has been shipped and received. You cannot exchange pre-orders before they arrive.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund.
